Update your profile¶
Where can I view my Profile?¶
To view your Profile click on the
icon given in your footer navigation bar. The Profile screen will open from where you can view all information related to your Profile.
How do I update my Profile so I can apply for Opportunities?¶
To update your Profile, go to Profile screen by clicking
How long does it take to validate my Walee Profile?¶
Our team will take about one working today to review your details.
How can I update my Personal Information, such as Name, Address or Mobile number?¶
To update your Personal Information, go to Profile screen by clicking
Click on
button in the Profile setting section
From your Personal Information screen, you can update your Profile Picture, Mobile Number, Date of Birth, Gender, Address, City and Proof of ID
After updating your information, ensure you click
button to save your changes.
How do I add, or change, my profile picture on Walee?¶

How do I update my Bank Account Details?¶
To update your Bank Account Details, click on
button in the Profile settings section
From ID Card Info section enter CNIC Number and Date of Issuance
Upload picture for ID Card Front and ID Card Back
Select your Account Vendor/Bank from the dropdown list
Enter your bank Account Title and Account Number, exactly as shared by the your payment provider
Click on
button to save your changes
How do I update my Proof of ID?¶
To update your Proof of ID, go to Profile screen by clicking

From your Personal Information screen, you can update your Proof of ID
After updating your Proof of ID, click on
How do I update my Social Channels?¶
To update your Social Channels, go to Profile screen by clicking
Click on the
button in your Profile setting section
To add new channels, click on
button and select channel type from dropdown list. Enter the URL or Username of your channel
To delete your previously added channels, tap the
button given on the right side of that channel
To edit the Username of previously added Social Media Channels, simply tap on that Username and edit it
To save your changes click on
button.
